Workshops - Moments in which all project members should participate. There will be contributions from experts, roundtables and reflection on challenges and opportunities of the topics covered and reports from working groups. During the 2012/2013 cycle, there will be five thematic workshops.

Working groups - They should be formed by people interested in specific topics (performance standards and methodology), who will be in charge of getting deeper into the studies and preparing propositions to be assessed in the workshops.

Focal group - They will personally visit players who have recently experienced the deployment of a large project and consult them about the guideline propositions and the methodology in progress.
